What is .HPT file extension?
Template created by HotDocs, a document preparation application; stores a template for a digital form that contains fillable fields; can be published to an .HPD document, which then can be filled with user answers.
HPT files are similar to .HFT files. Both files are used as templates which can be filled with user answers. Once filled, the HPT template can then be saved as an .HPD (HotDocs PDF Document) and printed.
NOTE: The HPT format is PDF-based. HotDocs also supports another page layout format called Envoy, which was an early competitor to the PDF format. Envoy-based templates use the .HFT extension.
You can see a list of software programs here on www.easyfileopener.org that can open this file type so that you don’t need to search for it on the web. You can then open your file with this extension using a software listed below.
